1st Senior Applications

• Two (2) Current 1st Senior member references
• NRA Membership Documentation - i.e. copy of NRA card, welcome email, copy of NRA magazine mailing label, other proof
  
• 1st Senior Membership Waiver Form

2nd Senior Applications

• 2nd Senior Membership Waiver Form

Junior Applications

• Junior Application Waiver Form - Signed by the 1st Senior

• You will receive several emails that provide: application status, your password and links to the any additional forms needed for applications
  
• The links to the forms in the Membership Request Activation email provide access to view the PDF forms and download them
  
• You can use the desktop version of Adobe Reader to complete and print the forms

• Completed forms can be uploaded to your user profile in the designated application fields
